The biggest natural water basin on Babia Góra. It is situated at the height of 1025 m a.s.l. Many rare limnobionts live in it. While wandering around Babia Góra forests you have to visit this place. There are many folk legends connected with the place, one of them says that a secret tunnel connects the pond with the Vistula River. It is said that some men dropped a wooden balk with a carved date and names in it and a few weeks later it was found in Cracow. Another one says about Klemens Kudzia from Policzne who while exploring caves on Babia Góra dived in an underground lake and came up in Wet Pond.
