This trail is the last mountain walk taken by Cardinal Karol Wojtyła before he was elected the pope. You have to follow the blue signs to Kucałowa Pass and then the red ones. The five-hour hike goes near the mountain hostel on Krupowa Glade, where you can see some photos of the Cardinal that were taken when he was having a rest. Later on it passes across the peak of Polica, where Wojtyła prayed for the victims of the plane crash which took place in 1969, and finishes near the monument of young Karol Wojtyła, who as a student was building the road leading from Zubrzyca to Krowiarki. The trail passes through Zenon Klemensiewicz nature reserve and Babia Góra National Park. Every year students follow the trail within the Papal Hill Climb.
