The Babia Góra Station is a two-storey building, situated near the parish church, built at the beginning of the XXth century by Edward Wolski from Cracow. He had settled here, set up a shop, guest rooms and a beanery. He set up a touristic station (a branch of Tatra Society) in this building in 1905 . In the building there was the Commune Office for many years. On Sundays the inhabitants gathered in front of the station, listened to announcements and found out about possible job offers.
